Intended to offer a closer look at the relationship between growing and preserving foods, Preserve classes will be held in the wild.  

Conducted in a working urban “farm” in Northeast Portland, classes are offered during the day on weekends. Classes for 2011 are in the planning stages, we will send out information as soon as they are scheduled.
